ADTS Preorder Cancellation Policy

Thank you for supporting Average Dad Things & Stuff (ADTS).

Preorder Payments

Preorders are charged in full at checkout. Our official launch is scheduled for November 2, 2026. Preorder items will not ship before launch. Shipping is expected to begin in November, subject to production and packaging readiness.

Cancelling a Preorder

Customers may request cancellation of an unshipped preorder at any time before fulfillment begins.

Approved cancellations will receive a full refund to the original payment method.

Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Our standard Return and Refund Policy will apply.

Production or Shipping Delays

If we experience significant production or shipping delays, we will communicate updates to affected customers. Customers may request cancellation and a full refund for any preorder that has not shipped.

Refund processing times depend on the payment provider and financial institution.

This policy does not limit any rights customers have under applicable consumer protection laws.
